If my final plans have corrections to be made, do I have to pay for the corrections?
No fee is necessary for custom design or plan re-use with modifications. If we have to make changes within our scope of work, we will do so at no charge and take or ship the plans to the City / County for you. For plan re-use as-is, minor changes will not incur additional charges, but major changes to satisfy requirements of jurisdictions other than Kern County may result in additional charges based on hourly rates.
