How do I purchase my plan or begin the design process?

1. You will pay an initial deposit (cash, check, or credit card) and sign our agreement to get started. 2. You will need to provide contact information. 3. If you are modifying one of our plans, you will need to indicate the plan you wish to use, provide information regarding your lot, and meet with the designer to discuss the changes you wish to make. 4. If you want a custom design, you will need to provide information regarding your lot and meet with the designer to discuss what you want. It is advisable to bring any drawings, sketches, photos, and ideas that you already have.
