What is a schematic plan?

In a custom design, the schematic plan represents our comprehensive understanding of what you want your plan to be. In our initial meeting, you will sign the agreement, and you will provide us with sketches, ideas, photos, etc. We will develop the schematics for your review. You will then approve the revised schematic plans.
